There's nothing special about AI

What if you've never lived in a world without AI?

There would be no need to adapt. No before-and-after thing. No endless debates. No irrational positioning for or against AI. No end of the world because of AI.

It would just be that thing you interact with. That tool taking various shapes, built into the world the way electricity is.

You don't take a stand for or against electricity. It's just everywhere, and very useful.

So much attention gets lost in debating what will eventually happen.

Living in the future now may be the best way to keep your attention on the things that matter to you.
