Why AI chats are so attractive?
Because they give you the illusion of creating.
You type something into a box, and you get something back. Something that didn't exist before. You created it.
Not exactly what you wanted. You type something else into that box. And, you get something back again. Now you're clearly the director of that creation.
The cost of creating it?
A few minutes, maybe hours. That's nothing compared with what it would've taken to make it without that magic box.
Bonus: if you're satisfied with the creation, you're the creator. You did it. If not, you can just blame the machine.
AI chats really are something else.
